You get what you pay for at a 5*
Everything was immaculate. Bedroom was clean, beds were comfortable. There was a big pool with a slide and jacuzzi area as well as a lifeguard! The lounge areas were nicely decorated and staff were attentive. I had a slight sore throat when I arrived and requested ginger and honey with warm water which I received without hesitation. The next day we didn't get our hotel room cleaned and the staff called to make sure everything was okay which was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel in Chiang Mai as its very close to markets too and looks so pretty from the outside.

Overall it was good rooms and facilities were very good … staff in the lounge Min, Pat plus everybody took care so well
Friendly staff
They made the new year party mandatory and it is not worth the money … I had to pay additional 27000 baht because it was mandatory… and this information came only after I booked and paid for my room … otherwise I wouldn’t have continued with my booking .. and to top it the party was very boring me and my family didn’t enjoy at all …

My overall stay suited me as I was travelling solo. The staff were very friendly
I enjoyed the Horizon Club room which was included with my suite. It made breakfast and dinner a quiet experience. The staff were always friendly and helpful
I found the ‘dinners’ (they called it Happy Hour) okay but the food wasn't exactly delicious. Some evenings, I found it hard to find a dish I really liked. It suited me as I was dining alone and not really hungry. I was glad to not be a vegetarian as those dishes were very uninspiring and unimaginative. The pool and surrounding area were very small with a very limited amount sun beds.
